Dr Shubho Chakraborty

Dr. Shubho Chakraborty is a Professor at Rennes School of Business with a strong academic and industry background in Sustainable Development Goals and Business Model. Holding a Ph.D. in Business Model Design in Emerging Markets, Dr. Shubho Chakraborty brings over a decade of combined experience in business and academia across Europe and Asia. A former Business Developer for a French high-tech firm, Dr. Shubho Chakraborty specializes in Sustainable Development, Stakeholder Management, and Business Strategies for mission-driven enterprises. With a research portfolio published in top-tier journals such as Regional Studies, IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management, Management International, Entrepreneurship Research Journal, Strategic Change which offer evidence-based insights into emerging markets and organizational innovation based on his expertise.
Passionate about experiential learning, Dr. Chakraborty applies a strategic approach grounded in the 5Cs—Choice, Collaboration, Communication, Critical Thinking, and Creativity—fostering transformative thinking and practical problem-solving.
